I have downloaded the app multiple times and reset my phone multiple times. The app says no internet connection and does not load.

This app hasn’t worked for over a year. Points no longer accrue whenever I spend money. Deleting.

Downloaded the app and keep getting an error message that it can’t connect to network. Tried downloading on a friend’s phone. Same result.

Customer service is no help, NOT working at all, tried on different phone! “No internet connection” error!!!

I can’t get this app to open. It says there is a server issue and to restart the app, but trying again doesn’t help. I’ve tried quite a few times with no luck. I am running the latest iOS.
Getting expensive
These guys are raising prices and getting rid of their rewards program forcing me to use rewards I’ve banked before they reset the program. I take things personally when they devalue the currency.

Also, you need a program where someone may only want to wash their car once a month. You need to have different programs to meet different people’s needs!!!!!! Courteous, thorough, professional always at Splash. When I drive out I feel like I’m driving home a new car every time.
Not worth it
Had the app for years. However for the past few months they stop giving me rewards. I emailed them and they ask for proof of purchase. Which I did and nothing. I emailed them again and they asked for the same info they already acknowledged they had. I deleted the app.

Anyone know how this Program Works
No explanation of points. Owner yelled at me the first day that he opened during pandemic complaining he couldn’t get more help. Not my problem Mr. you need to change your attitude. There’s other car washes around and the service is just as good and easy to understand and charged the same price every time I go! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
