This company is too interested in spreading & making more money. Terrible customer service & you have to put in a request to cancel membership???
App not working
The app is not working. I put in my cell phone number and I receive no code. I try to sign-up and I get a message that the # exists.

Doesn’t Send Code to Phone
When I enter my phone number to sign into the app it doesn’t send me a code therefore I can’t get into anything and the app is useless. I know my account exist because If I try to create a new account with the same phone number it won’t let me. Please fix this. I purchased my membership at the kiosk at the Nacogdoches location.
