Latest update makes it unusable
I have used the app for over 10 years and it worked fine. Latest update (8.4.5) has no way to move back to home page when you view record details. You have to reboot iPhone and relaunch app to get back to home.
Update broke the back button
Last update broke the back button on the top left. App is pretty much unusable now unless you’re just getting 1 thing from it. You have to close the app and reload to pull up another saved item. I’m on iPhone 17 Pro Max. Hope you fix soon and I’ll add stars to my review.
Poor quality on new release
Once an item is opened, there is no way to get back to the list or cancel the edit. Missing return button.
Unable to Go Back
I have been using this app for over 5 years and have been somewhat happy with it. However with the most recent release when I open the app and find a password, I can’t close it and go back to Home Screen but have to close the app and restart. Fix please. Also, there are many times I open the app, and the facial scan does work and I can’t login it. I have to close/reopen several times - just random. I would give it a higher rating but I don’t like to keep my stuff on the cloud, and sometime when I’m not online I can’t access my passwords - not always, but just seems random.

Needs more thorough testing
On this latest release once you look at a record the navigation at the top on an iPhone disappears and you must force quit the app, re-log in to look at another record. More thorough regression testing is recommended.
Excellent Application
I have been using Splash ID for over 2 decades. I find it to be very reliable across all operating systems. I would not use any other application for managing my passwords.
Think before you get it
I would give this app 5 stars but because they couldn’t help me to get into the app after I forgot my password I was so disappointed with it. So, if you get this app and forget your password and you would not back it up to the cloud you will loose all your information! They couldn’t help me at all!
Less security risk
I like the fact that this program doesn't sync with the mother ship yet allows me to sync all my devices to each other.
Worst ever
It reverted to an old data set in which I lost half of my data. Every attempted backup caused more loss data. Technical Support was not helpful and by the end all the data was lost and couldn’t be restored.
I can NOT CANCEL this account!!!
It’s not on iTunes or Apple but STILL comes out of my account!
Great Password Manager
I have been using this app since a 2021, and find it to be a wonderful password manager. I use it to store passwords for not only various websites, but also home information, credit card numbers, etc. I very much like the feature that allows you to sync between your iPhone and your laptop WITHOUT SYNCING TO SOMEWHERE IN THE CLOUD.
On the few occasions I have had problems, I have found the support staff to be wonderful ! One such person (Nikolai Filipov) has been outstanding and extremely helpful when I have needed help. I can’t rate him or the product too highly!

Wow, Old Reviews
A friend was looking for a password manager, so I showed him SplashId and said they all seem somewhat similar. I decided to see what was in the App Store since I’ve been using SplashID for 12-15 years—who keeps track? I saw all the old reviews with complaints that are not relevant today. I was surprised. One recent review with which I cannot agree, but that was about it. All I can say is it works great for me, no freeze up, poor interface, etc problems. I’m not changing, it’s a great app, I like the graphics and everything is always available. It’s one of those everyone has different tastes things—it’s a 5 in my book. Don’t be put off by the reviews. See for yourself.

Atrophy
I’ve been using this app for almost 10 years. And bit by bit every version of it is not working. Their windows desktop app doesn’t open consistently. I’ve contacted support since 2023 and never gotten an answer about this. their iOS app is not keeping up with other password managers with any kind of integration into iOS Safari or auto fill features. like I said their support doesn’t even seem to answer my email questions anymore. They’re just taking my yearly subscription fee now and not even offering me any support. so unfortunately, I have to look elsewhere for my next password manager, which after so many years is a little heartbreaking and frustrating.

Beware
Once you have signed up, there is no way to cancel subscription for this app. I have contacted this company and tried several times to cancel my subscription. Even through, once they have your credit card they continue to charge your card for annual subscription. There is no way to cancel service or subscription through app. Very unethical practice.

I Still Like The App
Use it regularly. Works. Who could ask for more??
Mmmm, its OK
This is a basic no frills password keeper, have used it for a number of years. Occationally there has been some data loss, which is annoying. Recently migrated to Pro9 and 38 records did not transfer over. Total PITA to find all 38 and manually enter into the new version. Have continued to use it, but shopping around for a new PW keeper.

Synch…nope
I’ve been using this product for over 20 years. It’s always been fine, but now I’m not sync to my desktop.
Éprouvé, sûr, recommandable
