Worst ever
It reverted to an old data set in which I lost half of my data. Every attempted backup caused more loss data. Technical Support was not helpful and by the end all the data was lost and couldn’t be restored.
I can NOT CANCEL this account!!!
It’s not on iTunes or Apple but STILL comes out of my account!
Great Password Manager
I have been using this app since a 2021, and find it to be a wonderful password manager. I use it to store passwords for not only various websites, but also home information, credit card numbers, etc. I very much like the feature that allows you to sync between your iPhone and your laptop WITHOUT SYNCING TO SOMEWHERE IN THE CLOUD.
On the few occasions I have had problems, I have found the support staff to be wonderful ! One such person (Nikolai Filipov) has been outstanding and extremely helpful when I have needed help. I can’t rate him or the product too highly!

8.4.4 keeps crashing on MAC OS
8.4.4 keeps crashing on MAC OS during local sync. I have 8.4.3 installed in another computer works well it keep asking me to get the latest but the latest version keeps crashing. Now I have a new computer run MAC OS 26 I downloaded the latest it also crashes. I need to get the app off of my old computer instead of downloading from the App Store since this version is useless

Force change year plan without notification

A friend was looking for a password manager, so I showed him SplashId and said they all seem somewhat similar. I decided to see what was in the App Store since I’ve been using SplashID for 12-15 years—who keeps track? I saw all the old reviews with complaints that are not relevant today. I was surprised. One recent review with which I cannot agree, but that was about it. All I can say is it works great for me, no freeze up, poor interface, etc problems. I’m not changing, it’s a great app, I like the graphics and everything is always available. It’s one of those everyone has different tastes things—it’s a 5 in my book. Don’t be put off by the reviews. See for yourself.

Atrophy
I’ve been using this app for almost 10 years. And bit by bit every version of it is not working. Their windows desktop app doesn’t open consistently. I’ve contacted support since 2023 and never gotten an answer about this. their iOS app is not keeping up with other password managers with any kind of integration into iOS Safari or auto fill features. like I said their support doesn’t even seem to answer my email questions anymore. They’re just taking my yearly subscription fee now and not even offering me any support. so unfortunately, I have to look elsewhere for my next password manager, which after so many years is a little heartbreaking and frustrating.

Beware
Once you have signed up, there is no way to cancel subscription for this app. I have contacted this company and tried several times to cancel my subscription. Even through, once they have your credit card they continue to charge your card for annual subscription. There is no way to cancel service or subscription through app. Very unethical practice.

Mmmm, its OK
This is a basic no frills password keeper, have used it for a number of years. Occationally there has been some data loss, which is annoying. Recently migrated to Pro9 and 38 records did not transfer over. Total PITA to find all 38 and manually enter into the new version. Have continued to use it, but shopping around for a new PW keeper.

Bad service
They won’t allow you to export your data unless you upgrade and purchase a subscription. Moving all my data off and into the new Apple Passwords app.
Belligerent Tech Support!
Have used SPLASHID for years with no issues at all. Now with this new version 9.3.9 it is BAD!!! Can’t sink between MacBook Air and iPhone. And yes, they are on the same wifi network. Plus, why do I have to initiate the sync? Then when I ask for help I get some belligerent tech support person. Not what I payed for!!!!

Simple, straightforward and safe
I’ve been using SplashID for a decade and found it to be safe and easy to use. Every so often, their updates cause glitches but these are soon fixed. Plus, I love their simple and intuitive user interface. So many competitors have got these super minimalist interfaces which are a nightmare to navigate. Think of it as a Toyota not a Tesla. In a nutshell, SplashID just works.

Senhas desapareceram do cofre
Uso o aplicativo a vários anos. Após a última atualização TODAS as minhas senhas desapareceram no celular. Por sorte tenho backups no computador. Abri um ticket no suporte e até agora não tive meu problema solucionado. Apenas um retorno com perguntas amplas e genéricas
Keeps crashing
Kept crashing during sync about a year ago so support provided directions on how to fix, which took me a huge amount of time to implement as i has to curate data…

Total Disaster.
I’ve been using splashID for years. With an update 6 months ago I lost all my data. It is now encrypted, garbled, jumbled characters on the screen and there is nothing me or tech support can do to recover it.
