Frozen

The app has not opened on one of 2 kids profiles with no way to resolve. I downloaded just the math app to bypass issues but it won’t let me login in from a different app and sends me directly to the app that doesn’t work.

Love it!

My family loves splash learn! As a mom of 3, I chose to homeschool my children. My oldest is 5 and he loves the classes. He is currently doing a first grade curriculum. I love how this can be used to supplement any math or reading we may be doing. We recently discovered the learning path. Although we've had the app for about 3 years, we never tried it. I love how it adjusts to how well my son performs in a subject. I do wish that the lesson plans explained certain subjects instead of jumping right into it though. Overall, I highly recommend this app!

****UPDATE****

I have used SplashLearn for several years, but I ultimately decided to cancel my subscription due to the lack of effective communication and customer support.

If you need assistance, the only option available is through their online chat. There is no telephone number where you can speak directly with a representative. While the chat may connect you with a live person, I find the lack of a direct customer service phone line frustrating, especially when dealing with subscription or account-related issues.

Today, I received an email offering a significant discount to resubscribe. However, when I attempted to activate the promotion, it only applied to one child. While I understand that the promotion may be limited to one child, the system did not give me the option to choose which child I wanted the discount applied to. This was another disappointing experience and further highlighted the communication and customer service issues I have experienced with the company.

After using SplashLearn for several years, I have also found other educational programs that I prefer, such as Reading Eggs and Mathseeds. I appreciate programs that not only teach new concepts but also provide children with refreshers and additional instruction when they are struggling, rather than assuming they already understand the material.

Ultimately, I don’t believe parents need to spend an excessive amount of money for their children to receive quality educational practice. There are other affordable programs available that provide comparable, and in some cases better, educational support.

For these reasons, I chose not to renew my SplashLearn subscription.

So bad

This is such a bad game I do not like it because it has so many ads LiKE FIX IT I hope the developer gives me a real answer

Con artists

I went to this app via a google search that was titled free learning app. Went to the website and set it all up. Then come to find out that you only get 1 short free activity a day. I’m so sick of this culture of scamming everyone into paying way too much money for everything. Your whole damn life in this country is pay to live. Now they just blatantly lie to and manipulate you into thinking that something is free or even affordable then get you just far enough that you have committed time and energy to it; then hit you with a pay wall once you are so invested that your will breaks and you pay up.

Not worth it, takes forever to get in, they ask for money first

Good

Overall like the app. I was looking for an app that tracks progress for supplemental homeschool learning. I like that parents can adjust levels if things are too easy or too hard. And the daily learning path (one for reading, and another for math) with a time adjustment for kids with high or low attention span. It is missing an explanation when kids get things wrong or need help. This is so important! It shows a written explanation that kids do not read. If the student doesn’t know how to do the problem, there needs to be a hint button to help them otherwise frustration takes over. Overall, I might keep looking, I need more.

You need to pay

So i was home school and i wanted to learn and i downloaded it and i needed to pay for every thing totally not interested

One star game

I played this game at school all the time But I tried it at home but the free trial in seven days was he even a free trial it took out the money even though you delete it on the day before you put in your credit card that doesn’t make sense.

Not free at all

I tried to install in and I had to start a free trial. No option to start without the trial. Disappointing.

Makes u feel stupid

I was doing language and had the answer but they said it was wrong and in math they don’t even teach how to do it ! Like I wasted 100$ bucks for this ugh😤😤😤

Super glitchy

This app kept having problems on my phone, so I tried it on my iPad. On the iPad some of the sound worked and some of the sound did not. The little characters would say something and then it would go quiet when you need to hear the sound of a letter and you can’t hear.

Not actually free

The app is free to download, but you cannot learn or use the courses unless you pay. Unfortunate to go to all the work downloading and creating an account to then not be able to use anything.
