It does exactly what you want it to do, and it does that fairly well.

Nice and responsive app as it can be used offline as well. I have used for thr first time and has found it great. It has now solved my need of two monitors for laptop as I can use my ipad air2 as external display. Also, you can use your ipad as a surface pro because you can use touch screen as well from the ipad.

Wish it worked better
So I use the regular personal splashtop remote desktop app and it's great, worked on my windows 11 machine and my MacBook pro M1, but today I tried this, it only worked for TEN MINUTES, before now it would say "connecting now" and then commect. Now it's saying "connecting now" then say "connect to your computer" even whilst connected! Waste of time sadly.

Great app, I use it as a ‘flipad’ for flight siming and it works great. Just a bit laggy at times though

So I had lots of old iPads lying around so I turned one of them into a portable monitor using this app I do have a normal monitor that I use every day and I’m used to two screens but I can’t bring the Monitor so I turned my old iPad Air 1 into a monitor
Only complaint is sometimes the app does not work and I have to reinstall it a few times

Works well but the iPad app is glitchy.
It needs a dedicated iPad app rather than an iPhone app. it’s not at it best potential, due to it scaling the app up to the iPad screen from iPhone screen size.
And because of that the signal from the Mac can’t use the whole display.
I love the idea though!

This app is honesty the best for when you have a single hdmi port on your system for a second monitor, great for when you are live streaming a game and only have one monitor with this app I can put my live stream chat on my phones display and monitor the live streaming software for errors
First Review, Great App
I think this might be might first review ever because this one deserves it! This app did just what I needed, which was use my iPhone as a second monitor for multitasking. Works flawlessly on windows 11 pro with iPhone 13 connected by a 6 ft usb to lightning cable.
Can’t beat the convenience
I was so excited to be able to find this solution for extending my laptop screen while traveling. I have a second monitor that I can bring but it is so much more convenient to be able to use the iPad that I wanted to bring for general entertainment instead. This was easy to set up, and while the screen does lag somewhat, it’s very functional and convenient.
