Completely broken.
These developers stole my money no pay for an early subscription and the app no longer works and no one will help OR return my money!

App doesn’t work, no refund
The app charged me $60 up from the $10 I’ve agreed to pay per year for the past 3 years. It hasn’t been able to load my video library since before that even happened, I’ve updated my phone, the app, it’s just the “S” waiting screen, forever And they still refuse to refund me, so does Apple.
Double dipping!
These people are nothing more than a bunch of scammers. If you have this app I IMPLORE you to check your payment history they have double billed me for MONTHS. They charge on the 22nd and again on the 29th of each month. I have a dispute against these people and will NEVER use this app and will tell everyone I know about their antics. Disgusting! I hope they shut you down because I did report you to the Attorney General’s office as well.

Keep an eye on your payment
I thought I take a look at the splice video and it’s was good but only just for one thing with my project but then decide cancel subscribe only just to realise they still taking your payment without your knowledge. Make sure you carefully double check that’s you definitely cancel it. They take £9.99 every week was not worth it. Total loss £80 not eligible for refund and their decision is final. Shame.

see, i really like splice, its my favorite video editing tool because of how user-friendly the interface is, and i've been using it for probably 4-5 years now, but the introduction of generative ai forces me to leave a one star review. i have this app because i WANT to edit my videos, not because i want a robot to do it for me. i'm sure i speak for many others. otherwise, this app is really good even without premium. i just cannot STAND the integration of ai into everything

Upload videos and have Ai do the work for you. I went from spending 20-30 minutes editing down to a 30-60 second clip… to 5 minutes. Worth the money.
BEWARE!! Scammed by this app
I was scammed by this app. I was using the free version and was suddenly charged $20 for “2 weeks of premium,” which I never used or consented to. BUYER BEWARE as they may be running this scam on multiple people.
