App broke
Currently app does not work for me it says there is a problem with my network which is surely not true my cell phone service is fine all other apps including lyft Uber work.

Great new app
Tbh I haven’t used it yet, but am stoked to try it. I do think the app needs a faqs section or something that tells you the usage area and from what time to what time rides are available. Thanks for providing an amazing new service
That felt a lot safer than what I expected
I wasn’t sure what to expect and was nervous but it was super enjoyable and I wasn’t worried at all. My driver was also super considerate.

Regular rider
This is the new wave for solo riders, especially when you are running later or just hate being stuck in traffic. I have had to probably meet all the bike drivers for Split and they are all great and friendly! Thank you Edward, Stephen , Christopher and James for always driving safely !
However there are some bugs that need to be fixed within the app when they are setting the location for both pick up and drop off. Always sending them to my court even tho I put my street. A little annoying however I understand the bugs get fix based off of feedback. Hope that's soon !

Speedy service, great drivers
Split is an amazing service. I can get places so much more quickly than taking a car - it cut the time almost in half to get from Venice to Downtown after work! All the drivers are friendly and courteous, and I always feel totally safe.

Incredible
By far one of the best companies I have ever interacted with. Superior quality, care and service. It has become a major highlight of everyday for me, especially because of how considerate and passionate each driver is at making sure you feel safe and are also having fun!
Amazing!
Amazing! Just finished my second ride and it literally cuts my commute down by 40min!! Normally it takes me about 1hr and 30min to get to and from work because of the traffic between Santa Monica and downtown.
Note to developers: glitch when first calling ride: It appeared that the drivers eta was 0min. The driver (James) had not received my ride request until I called him. He instructed me to cancel and re-request it again and it was resolved. Also a log of my past rides would be helpful since I had to add this tech issue to my review. Thanks!
(Oooh! And since there aren’t a lot of drivers, it would be cool to receive an alert if a driver is available in my area so I can consider it an option)

We're also working on gradually ramping up the supply which should decrease the ETAs you're seeing in the app.
My Experience
GREAT SERVES, but the app does have a few bugs, for example when I finish a ride and don’t close the app ( removing it from staying open in the background) I can’t seem to to load out the previous ride. The screw would read the drivers name. Yet great drivers, good customer care and service. 👍🏾💪🏾

Makes me feel like home
College student from Indonesia here! I’ve used split since it first came out and it never disappoints me. Traffic is just horrible in LA but with split, we go just like wooshh. Split drivers are so friendly too. I know Stephen, Victor, Thurston, Christopher, Cory (they are like brothers to me). I noticed myself playing at my phone most of the time in the car but with motorcycle, I pay attention more to my surroundings. I also love the adrenaline and the wind. I ride motorcycle a lot back home so having a motorbike ride sharing really brings back memory. Feeling scared or unsafe is totally understandable for first time rider but bet you’re gonna go with split again once you try. I hope all the best for split !!

What a fast and easy way to get around LA traffic. I hope split sticks around for a long time.
I felt completely safe and comfortable in my drivers hands. Weaving in between cars he made sure they all saw us and speedily got me to my destination in no time at all.

Wow, wow, wow
This is incredible. This should be replacing Uber and Lyft for any and all solo riders. It’s cheaper, faster, and so much fun.
My coworkers were shocked and a little concerned when my Split Driver, Steve, showed up to my office to pick me up. He fitted me with a helmet, gave me a head sleeve, and asked how comfortable I was with lane splitting. I got on and we took off through the streets of Santa Monica
It was so fun to pass by all the cars sitting in traffic at lights, and seeing the faces of people who might’ve been realizing they’re looking at the future of ride sharing and possibly the thing that LA needs most, a way to beat the traffic. Steve was a talented rider and great conversationalist, and I’ve got nothing but wonderful things to say about the service that he is providing for people living and commuting on the west side.
You might be scared to ride, that’s ok. Tell Steve, he’s happy to ride in a way that makes you most comfortable. But once the trust in his abilities has been built, I can’t recommend enough that you take advantage of the opportunity to skip the traffic. I made it from Santa Monica to West Adams in about 20 minutes, in the middle of rush hour. No other service or commuting option can offer to save you that much time.
