Technical problems
The technical problems are very often and I face issues like stream lag or the stream freezes up

bugs should be fixed cause in the middle of the class it gets off by itself also it has an opening problem

Disappointing Support and Unjustified Pricing
The course fees are extremely high for an online program, and the quality of support does not match the price. Doubts raised during online classes receive no response, even though a chat option is provided. Overall, it feels like paying a substantial amount just to watch pre-recorded videos, with minimal interaction or guidance.

Please Fix Live Class Errors
The app often shows technical errors during live classes, making it difficult to attend smoothly. Sometimes it doesn’t allow joining even when the session is active for others. Kindly look into this issue and fix the bugs at the earliest. I hope the app can be made more stable and user-friendly for a better learning experience.

Server issues
The problem of server issue is negatively affecting my study schedule...i really appreciate how versatile the app is....but more surrveilance alongwith proper maintenance of the server needed!

Back Button
In iPad the back button is placed in such a manner that it is hard to navigate
Problem in PDF export/download and download videos within the app
The option for export a pdf is gone. Export/download option not showing. This happened after the recent update (version 1.2.1)
The notifications don’t pop up and group function not working
Please fix the group issue on iPads , the group doesn’t load

Lots of issues have been faced in recorded videos…suddenly video got stuck and after re-clicking the video it starts from beginning…plz fix it asap

Work on improving the ios version of the app please
No back option in IPad.
The back option is not available in ipad while using in landscape mode. I have to turn my ipad in vertical position every time i have to close the video. This is very irritating which effects in watching the class properly. Please update this issue developer as soon as possible.
Video and pdf
Very quality of video and always faced problems to open video or if it already opens than also facing lots of issues and pdf not download and some pdf are not provide very bad
iPad version no export option
Please provide the Export option to save the video in the ipad version. And there is no back option once a video is opened. The whole app is to be close to do so.

There is no option in ipad version of this application for fast forward and full screen in downloaded videos. Please fix it.
Download option not working
Sir I am unable to download the recorded videos. And 10 sec forward button is much needed. Pls add.
