App doesn’t work when you want it to, probably doesn’t work at anytime. When the app errs out, it tells you to contact customer support but does not give any contact info -email address, phone number, nothing. Then when you cancel future renews, the account is canceled at that very moment, the current subscription is not carried out for the full period. Thinking about contacting the attorney general.
