What a Downgrade
The old app was fine; I don’t understand the purpose of this new one. I use the app just to pay my bill every month. I expected they would upgrade to add that feature but I still can’t. Very disappointing.

This app is absolutely garbage, couldn’t even pay a bill on it, difficult to navigate, very slim on its ability to do anything past a service request. Astonishing that they could even create an app this terrible. Pretty much useless.
How do you pay bill?
Have not been able to access Bill Pay from this site for the last few months. I go to the Internet site to pay. It shows this is the app to make payments but it isn’t on here.

Can’t log in with current info and pay my bill. It doesn’t even give you the option!

I can’t find the option to pay the bill from this app. I need to go to browser and search to make payment. Needs to be more user friendly with paying bill.

You used to be able to go on and pay your bill through the app, now it doesn’t let you or if it does it is not easy to find

Use to pay my bill on app, it no longer works for that, and log in does not work. Don’t waste your time with the app I guess it’s just for reporting which is worthless cuz the city does nothing for me except try to get money from me
Why use the app
Using is confusing and useless, because it doesn’t log you in using existing data. There’s no explanation that logging in takes you to your payment options. There’s indication that you can pay while using the app. If logs you into the browser to pay the bill then why an app at all. I can just use the browser and save space on my phone by not installing the app. The creator didn’t think the purpose for having this and so wasted taxpayers money in creation of a useless app.

Seriously! How lazy are y’all to fix a simple log in problem… for years! The app sends me to the website to log in inconveniently. But app can log in with the same correct user info. Y’all are complete trash.
It's Not Terrible
I rated this app 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Here's why:
- Logging in to the app requires a separate login. You can make it the same login and everything is fine. Mine was auto-linked to my account information after logging in. App lost 1.5 stars because I'm OCD about consistency and things making sense.
- Paying your bill opens up the browser still. The app isn't as convenient as I was hoping. I can open my quick link and Face Login nearly as quick as it takes to open the app and have it redirect me to where I need to be. App lost 0.5 stars because it's not too inconvenient.

Can't Login
Downloaded to pay my bill and it doesn't allow you to login. This app is completely useless.
Can’t login
We have been set up our account on the website then downloaded application. Tried to login with the same username and password still can’t get in. Keep say that username and password were wrong.
Can’t log in
Still can’t login using the same user/pass as the website. Deleted it after attempting a few times. It’s more convenient (not really if the app worked) to just go to the website. This after their recent “major update” which apparently didn’t fix this problem.
And we wonder why Sookane has potholes....
