Delivery
It says it’s a package tracker but it doesn’t allow me to track anything it just says out for delivery and then delivered. You can’t see where it is or how far away it is on the app. No map or anything to actually track??
Can you make it so that we can zoom into the map?

Not safe
The drivers do not care at all if your packages get stolen. They leave it out in the open , even when a safe option exists. They also blocked my door in TWICE . Meaning I have to push the packages off my front steps in order to open my door. I’m cancelling my orders with odd bunch because of this trash service.

Fix your app to transfer ship details
Time and time again. Companies who used third party aren’t taking the customer information correctly. Even if I write through the link or app. The driver doesn’t read. Perhaps you can train your bloody driver to read the label before becoming and employee? Seriously it’s in the details. Basement. And the guy still throws it upstairs.

Awful
Awful at their job and repeatedly unable to get the tracking location or where they would do with my package once I have missed it. TK delivery refused to tell me where they are and also refused to wait for me. Basically showed up says that he’s here and that the fact I can’t see him is apparently my fault. Preceded to drive off despite me telling him that I saw his van down the street. Very horrible experience

Not sure why I need to provide a phone number or email address and create an account to simply track a package. Deleted!
Best Parcel APP
Pros: If you are receiving goods from Asia, this application is for you. It literally notifies you every single action of your shipment and where it’s going, and where it’s current location is at.
The app is very simple to use, and there isn’t anything to hard about on how to use it. It’s sleek and simple look makes it real easy to navigate from what packaged are coming in.
Cons: the only thing I’d change about this app is, if in the google earth part of the app, where it shows u the current destination of your package and where it’s been traveling from, if you can possibly pinch out to zoom out, or pinch in to zoom in. And move around in the map itself. I Would definitely recommend this as a lot of people like to see where exactly there packages are.

Sends tracking updates when there are none
Keeps sending me notifications my package tracking has updated but when I check it’s the same and nothing has changed
Doesn’t work
Maybe it’s just for me, but the app doesn’t stay updated. I have better luck just going to the Fedex website than this app. It shows it’s still where my package was 2 days ago.

I agree with other reviewers. This app is useless. Not able to link my delivery to the app so it serves no purpose. Very disappointing.
