Spola

Leave it by the door. Spola picks up your laundry, washes it the way you asked, and brings it back folded. No trip to the laundromat, no waiting around, no quarters. HOW IT WORKS Book a pickup window. Leave your bag by the door — you never have to be home. We weigh it, wash it, fold it, and bring it back in the window you chose. PRICED BY THE POUND $1.89 a pound with a 10 lb minimum. Pickup and delivery are free. You see an estimate when you book, we weigh at pickup, and the final price follows the scale — the weight and the total appear in the app before anything is charged. WASHED THE WAY YOU ASKED Choose your detergent, your water temperature, and whether you want softener. Tell us about the two linen dresses that must not go in the dryer, or the red wine on the cream throw. It gets read at the machine, not filed away. FRAGRANCE-FREE AS STANDARD Everything is washed fragrance-free unless you ask otherwise. If somebody in the house reacts to detergent, say so and it is on the checklist that runs beside the machine. WATCH IT COME BACK When your washer sets off you can see them on the map and know when to be at the door. It stops the moment your laundry is collected or delivered. ADD WHAT YOU NEED Comforters and duvets. Hang-dry delicates. Stain treatment. Same-day and next-day rush. Priced in the app before you book, never a surprise. PAY WHEN IT ARRIVES Your card is held when we weigh, and charged when your laundry is back with you. Tip afterwards if you want to; it goes to the person who did the work. WHERE WE RUN Los Angeles Valley. Just outside? Ask us — the route grows where people ask.
