Lost data
Fun game, but after the last episode update, I lost all my outfits, my boosters and wild cards. The outfits eventually came back, but I’m still missing the others. Spent an hour on chat with Netflix, but didn’t accomplish anything. Would be nice to be able to contact the developer directly.
Really fun game and developer was quick to resolve an issue
This game is so fun to pass the time, I love the costumes, areas and new items! There was recently an issue where a lot of people lost all their upgraded outfits, but TicToc games was really quick at resolving it with an update so I was really happy. I would recommend this game for any SpongeBob fan.

Edit: I have changed my rating back to 5 stars. Thank you for the fix with this update. I have all of my outfits back. Fun game again.
This is my third edit of this review. After seeing all of the other reviews, I see that I’m not the only one experiencing issues with the updates. The second update done today still hasn’t fixed it. Lost all of my outfits and boosters. The crane doesn’t work. Can’t complete the new challenges without the outfits. Thought this new update was going to correct everything. Obviously not.

Great game and great support
I love this game! My daughter contacted Tic Toc Games and Netflix support about the missing outfit glitch and the team was super friendly and let us know they had fixed it with this new update.

Thank you to the devs for fixing the bug that caused me to lose my outfits, I am so excited to play again!
Last update ruined the game
I was really enjoying this game until the last update. All of my sponge bob characters were no longer available and the classic sponge bob was stuck on level one. I couldn’t regain the skills with the skill crane. Made the game not as much fun to play. Please fix these issues!!! I want to enjoy this game again.

Fun, til your data gets lost
This game was great until recently. I’ve lost all my outfit power ups and most of my collected items and coins. My level progress is unchanged but it’s impossible to pass the levels without the power ups I had already purchased and have since lost.
Tried to resolve it with Netflix—absolutely useless. I was told to delete the app and redownload it and then restart my phone. Neither solution fixed anything, which is unsurprising but frustrating! This game was a lot of fun before the glitches!

No Outfits
Lost all outfits and powers ups. Can’t use crane as it says I own them all, when I in fact do not anymore. Please fix.

I used to love this game but I logged in today and all my powerups and outfits are gone. So frustrating!
Saving
I’m currently level 200 something and already had a couple of different versions of spongbob that helps throughout the levels and all of a sudden it’s back to level 1 the saving for
Netflix games (not just this one) needs to be fixed immediately because no one wants to play a game that will eventually and randomly delete your progress

I was on level 475 and after the update I lost All my suits and I can’t try to get them again in the skill crane.

I had all the outfits, today’s update has deleted them all, if you could sort that out that would be super.

So Many Issues After Newest Update (06/2025)
While waiting for new levels to launch, I went through the recycled levels and earned all the outfits, powered them all up to the max and also earned a ton of power ups. As soon as the new levels launched, every outfit I earned was gone and I lost all my power ups. I also have a ton of coins, but the claw machine function isn’t working. When I hit the button to activate the claw nothing happens. Please fix this I love this game and put so much time into this 😭😭😭

Give Sponge His Outfits Back
The game is amazingly fun and addictive, but after about a week of playing, ALL the outfits and their levels, when I had all the unlocked ones at max power, have disappeared!
I’m on Level 160 at the time of this review.
If I can get these perks restored to me somehow, I’d give a higher rating.

Hello, after updating the game today I lost everything. All the power ups and outfits are gone. Please fix.

Since the last update on the game I have lost ALL my outfits and they all had the maximum upgrades, also the crane doesn’t work. Please fix this I was really enjoying the game. Been playing since the game came out.
The game is fun, tutorials for new “obstacles” or new things in the game are very helpful. Love the different outfits with very useful power ups. I’m in level 200 and the levels are getting challenging but not frustrating.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because after playing for about 30 minutes I get an error saying “session expired, restart game again” and it’s annoying when it happens mid-level. This has never happened with other Netflix games.
