Why can I not order anything without it turning into a subscription
I am a smart person. I do not understand why every time I order something from Spongelle, it results in an unwanted subscription and charge. I am careful not to click the button that indicates I would want this more than once.

Simply Spectacular!
A friend gave me a Spongellé body buffer as a gift a few years ago. OMG I have never used a product so amazing on my skin before! I was totally hooked. The one product I will not go without is my Spongellé . It is also my go to gift to spoil my friends and family. Everyone LOVES them!!! ❤️❤️
App Problems
Products great but the app is horrible. Every option I select it takes me to a new arrival screen and no way to shop for anything.
So over this app!
Can’t check the status of an order. Because even though I am logged in, I have to request a link to see my order details. Annoying. But… the link won’t work. It just keeps telling me to request a link. I’ve tried 5 times in 2 days. App is up to date. Won’t order again until they fix it.
Wonderful exfoliate
I love the way the sponge feels on the skin. The different scents are amazing. The sponge is also a great exfoliate.

I have ordered many of your products for myself and as gifts for friends. I particularly love the Beach Grass scent, but others are lovely, as well. I hope you produce colognes in Beach Grass, and others.
Out of stock
Everything I want is out of stock and there’s not an option to “get notified!” A tad inconvenient. I will be checking back daily to see if they get anymore back. So much for stocking stuffers.

Can’t get information on expected date of arrival. As much as I spent, I would expect quicker shipping and tracking ability.

They smell amazing and last so long. I’ve bought several for myself, friends and family. They are also very beautiful. I am using 6 of them as Christmas Tree Ornaments right now. They even work as air fresheners until you use them.

Instantly loved it
I got a sample through one of my monthly Beauty Boxes and of all the products in the boxes this was the one I had to have again.
The fact that I can conveniently go shopping for multiple generations and genders in one product is time saving.
I have introduced my family to Spongellé from grandpa to the tots. I even got my boyfriend hooked on them. He has one packed in his gym bag.
My shower is more comfortable. I have removed the bulky bottles of body wash in the shower and replaced them with a couple of these hygienic sponges, with different scent to match my moods.
The candles are yummy too. There’s something for everyone. I still have to try the diffusers to perfume. But the sponges, hand cream and candles are all quality stuff that I recommend.
I can’t wait for the new products to arrive!
