About

I made this app because I was tired of overloaded fitness apps. I just needed a place where I could quickly record how many pull‑ups I did or how many seconds I held a plank. There are no meal plans, a pedometer, or a database of a thousand exercises with a barbell. There are 11 basic exercises: push‑ups, pull‑ups, squats, abs, lunges, burpees, superman, chair, and three types of planks. And there are also some exercises that I’m gradually adding. How it works: You open the app, select push‑ups, enter the number of repetitions, and close it. That’s it. No complicated timers or setup screens. What’s inside: - Recording sets based on the number of repetitions or time (seconds) - Personal records for each exercise - Series of days to avoid skipping workouts - Achievements that are really fun to unlock - Weekly statistics to assess your workload - Synchronization via iCloud to make sure nothing is lost - Reminders and custom desktop icons The Sports Notebook will not teach you how to train. He'll just remember your every approach so that you can do a little more next week.
