missing rewards and bad support

I started playing this game two months ago and it was a good game i ended up making a couple of micro transactions and was loving it untill one week i came first in the weekly tournament and never got my rewards in my mailbox. emailed support and i was told as i play on two devices that they won’t give the missing rewards even tho i won it after a week of emails they came to this conclusion so dont bother starting because if you play on two devices they won’t help you which is honestly stupid
