Multiple issues
Can’t save location from profile. Every time I select Hyd , it still shows to Blr location while booking for kids profile. I saved membership with batches but still it is not updated. Please have better developers to fix these.
App not working
App not in sync ever. Issue ongoing from very long time, yet no improvements. Can never book from app as the slots get filled very fast. Avoid buying any subscription
Poor management
It’s our luck basis to place for court even though we booked. Just because bought a subscription continued it till it ends. No arrangement or response from management for any such issues

Just money minded
Quarterly subscription says an option to pause up to 7 days is allowed. In reality they don’t allow you to take any leave. How do you expect young kids not to fall sick? Won’t there be any other plans for the family? The support team is the worst I have ever interacted with.
Poor customer service
Worst customer service I have seen till date. No solution, keep of pushing the solution date, no use of money in app wallet if we are not able to use it.

Pathetic Coaches
Sporthood simply took money from parents in the name of tournament and they never let my son play any matches. The couches used to give opportunity to very few kids to play all the time..no chance for other kids. I Initially thought..my son will get chance to play in future matches..but the Coach kept ignoring him and my son got really demotivated about the whole thing. All in All this is not a professional football couching center..they go by the pressure from the parents and no focus on the real skill.

App is laggy.
The app is laggy and doesn’t perform as intended. When you click on anything white page is loaded. Very very irritating. Please address the issues. It’s better to properly test then make it available for users. No point irritating users and getting bad reviews.
App crashing in IOS
When I trying to upload my profile picture, app is crashing immediately. Kindly fix this.
Terrible experience
At the court i was told I could book during 6-10am or 6-9pm. When I downloaded the app and chose a location, after paying the subscription (which is only for weekends and not daily as the centre in charge told me) the location I chose didn't show up nor did the mornings timings. The customer care number takes you in a loop and never connects you to an executive. Intend to delete this app as soon as I get my refund
