I can’t log in

Update: I was able to eventually log in.

Our hockey union has said all players have to use Sportivo. I downloaded the app and tried to log in using Google. It just says “signing in” the whole time and doesn’t load. Then I asked the club administrator about it and she invited me via email. But email doesn’t have a link to join. Then I click on “sign up with email” so I put my email and password in. But now because my admin invited me, it says my email exists already. So now I can’t create a password. So I said I forgot my password and an email arrived with a link, but the link doesn’t allow for me to change password, it just takes you back to the login page

Horrible interface

Horrible interface and updates. Looking for your team or selecting a sport is so difficult and a mission. Not very user friendly.

I have tried to access the app on numerous occasions over the last couple of days without success. I have tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password but the app just freezes … so frustrating!!

If I could I would give it 0 starts because the app doesn’t open on my phone. It only shows “Sportivo” and that’s as far as I can go
