Worst app ever
Used to use this frequently but have deleted app due to very poor security, tried logging in many times only to have error code appear . Email sportpursuit but they were not helpful at all! Their loss !
Abysmal search facility
Probably the worst search function of any app I’ve ever used. A simple way to lose customers.
Useless Login
Never had a problem until recently but I can’t login… changed my password deleted app but to no avail. Absolutely useless!!
App is driving me CRAZY
App is terrible but products well priced. Sort it out you must be losing crazy amount of money
Great deals but the app isn’t on the customer’s side.
Some great offers available from SportPursuit, but the app is very user unfriendly! Each time I can’t log in, which is 8 times out of 10, I need to delete and upload the app again.
If it does allow me in, after multiple rejections of my email/password over several days (‘Please enter a valid email address’ or ‘error!’), there’s a 50% chance it might let me reach my checkout basket, but usually it just fades out and hangs with the little dial of doom going round and round and round indefinitely….
Makes it difficult to review products, let alone make any purchase.
There must be a way to make this an easier, simpler, more intuitive experience, SportPursuit!
