Almost got scammed
I placed an order. I saw reviews and decided that this platform waste the way to purchase the thing I wanted. To login you had to create a password that didn’t have &,?,$, or |. You can’t login if your password has these. That why Israelis says invalid password or email. Why didn’t it tell you when creating the password. No idea. I’ll update the review if I got my refund or if they took my money.

Seems like a broken scam website
Avoid shopping here. They said they’d send an email after purchase. They didn’t. I get the app to track my order and I can’t log in. I reset password and nothing happens. I talk to the AI support and it says it can’t help unless I log in. To have a support ticket made I must log in. Which I can’t do. I’m going to dispute the transaction very shortly.

Terrible first impression
My order never came. They sent me an email saying they don’t know where it is and I just had to deal with it myself. Not my first time ordering outside the U.S. definitely first time ordering with this company and last. They suck honestly wow. Not even offered a refund. (Good thing I bank with Chase)
