App charges more than website
I had a number of items placed in my basket via the website when I realised to view my account I needed to have the app downloaded. As I was then in the app I decided I might as well continue the order in there however my order basket increased in cost by Β£4.50, with every product in my basket costing more!!
I promptly deleted the app and continued the order via the website instead.
This is hugely bad practice, especially given that the website claims having the app unlocks special offers and exclusive benefits.

Items take forever to arrive, and then? Well, maybe HALF of the pair of items you ordered will just not be there! TAKE VIDEO AND PICS OF THE SEALED PACKAGE AND THE UNBOXING.
They REALLY wanted to weasel out of sending me my expensive missing trekking pole, but I had every last thing they demanded. Better yet, run away from these clowns.

This place never shipped my order and uploaded a generic picture of a package. Horrible customer service and offered zero help. Do not order from here.

horrible. i ordered a remote about a month ago and barely recieved it today. i was trying to return it but just to buy the return label it was 35 BUCKS. the product itself was 55. horrible company and they make getting your money back difficult if not impossible
