Do not order from this company
I ordered a racquet and some shoes 3 weeks ago that was supposed to only take a week to arrive and it’s still hasn’t arrived. Do not order from this company. Read the reviews online first, save yourself the stress.

Okay but annoying language bug
Generally the app functions well for me, and makes accessing my orders, saved favourites and browsing easy, but there is an annoying bug where, despite having the language set to English, every time I go to the favourites tab it changes the language default to Spanish. Hopefully the developer reads these reviews and the bug can be fixed.

App should not exist
The app is ok - but it 100% should just be a webpage. I ordered something off of their webpage and to get tracking information I had to download the app. I did not know this in advance…
When I go into the app it does not even know about my order, so to check my order status I need to go to the confirmation email, click the link in it to open the app, then bypass an add for INN and then see my arrival date. Half the time of sends me to a webpage or asks me to sign up for their email list - inside their app…
I should not need to download an app to track something I bought on your webpage. I will never use your store again.

Furchtbare App furchtbarer Shop
Mir wurde ein packet uber DPD an eine packet Shop (Media Markt) gesendet. Laut DPD war keiner da (wahrend normaler Öffnungszeiten). Dies ist natürlich ein DPD Problem allerdings lässt sich eine neue Lieferung nur über den Sender vereinbaren. Ich kann bei Tradeinn niemanden erreichen, der Chat sagt mir immer wieder “es wurde ein Ticket eröffnet, ein Mitarbeiter tritt mit Ihnen in Kontakt”. Ich habe bisher nur eine generische “es gibt ein Problem mit ihrer Sendung” Email erhalten. Keine weiteren Infos, kein anderer Weg in Kontakt zu treten. Ich habe mehrere Antworten auf die Email geschickt. Kein Erfolg. Mein packet wird wahrscheinlich zurück gesendet und ob ich mein Geld wieder sehe, steht noch offen.

Cuando hice mi compra habia en stock varias piezas y al final me pusieron que no estaba disponible. Solo espero que me devuelvan el dinero. Aunque yo creo que no, volveré a actualizar esta situación. No devolvieron nada, y segun se hizo el rembolso.

He hecho varios pedidos grandes y en todos han retrasado la fecha de entrega varias veces llegando a tardar más de un mes

Bad company
Ordered something in march, didn’t come, after a month made a complaint, they didn’t resolve it in any way, didn’t even suggest a refund since the shipping is on their side, made me file a form without undelivered parcel option which I refused, I ain’t getting scammed like “you checked on the form that you want to send it back, without sending it back we won’t give you a refund”. The support is powerless, the app and previously web, works in its mysterious ways. I basically got scammed, can’t get the parcel, can’t send it back for a refund, basically a limbo and no help at all, I would’ve paid 10 bucks more on a different legit site.

I can’t log in
It’s a crucial function!!!!! I have an account and I can’t log in!!! I remember the password! But also the function „remind the password” does not work !!!! I did not receive an email !!! What a bad development here !

Pedí un producto y no me avisaron que la empresa encargada del pedido me cobraría un extra de impuestos. Si tienen un costo de envío encargada su plataforma, ahí debería estar incluido TODO lo que me va a costar realmente comprar con ustedes, hice un pedido por el que terminé gastando más de lo que si hubiera comprado el producto en una tienda local o Amazon, y ya me hubiera llegado el paquete. Una estafa total, engañan al cliente
