I can’t login
I can’t login in I feel like this is a scam now and I’m out 50 bucks I can’t find the tracking number so I can’t see if it’s even coming so unfortunately the back pack my kid needs for school won’t be here . And I have to get another on which ticks me off

How does this app have 4.7 stars!!! Must be a load of fake reviews. It’s just awful. Loads of features not in the website. Hate that the website forces you to install the app if you are on a smartphone. The AI customer support is laughable.

The Revolut check out did not work, yet took my £2.50 credit and kept crashing. Very disappointing
Awful company avoid
Ordered wetsuit with promise of 4 day delivery, 3 weeks later nothing, no email, no explanations. After navigating their terrible AI help I eventually get to an email, who tell me it will be delivered after my event takes place. Avoid.

Nine Days and Order Cancelled
If I could give zero stars, I would. Looked everywhere for the shoes my daughter wants, found and ordered from Tradeinn, order confirmed NINE days ago. Today, I get an email, not that they’ve finally shipped, but that my order was cancelled. This is absolutely unacceptable. It took nine days to cancel due to unavailability. My order never should have been confirmed if the shoes were not in stock. It doesn’t take nine days to ship an item, let alone to cancel an order. I will never, ever buy from this company again.

Ilegal y pésima experiencia de usuario. No permiten ver el estado del pedido ni hacer ninguna gestión desde la web, obligándote a descargar la app. Imponer la descarga de software para gestiones postventa vulnera los derechos del consumidor y el RGPD en cuanto a minimización de datos. Una estrella porque no se puede poner cero.

Almost got scammed
I placed an order. I saw reviews and decided that this platform waste the way to purchase the thing I wanted. To login you had to create a password that didn’t have &,?,$, or |. You can’t login if your password has these. That why Israelis says invalid password or email. Why didn’t it tell you when creating the password. No idea. I’ll update the review if I got my refund or if they took my money.

Seems like a broken scam website
Avoid shopping here. They said they’d send an email after purchase. They didn’t. I get the app to track my order and I can’t log in. I reset password and nothing happens. I talk to the AI support and it says it can’t help unless I log in. To have a support ticket made I must log in. Which I can’t do. I’m going to dispute the transaction very shortly.

Terrible first impression
My order never came. They sent me an email saying they don’t know where it is and I just had to deal with it myself. Not my first time ordering outside the U.S. definitely first time ordering with this company and last. They suck honestly wow. Not even offered a refund. (Good thing I bank with Chase)
