Seems like a broken scam website
Avoid shopping here. They said they’d send an email after purchase. They didn’t. I get the app to track my order and I can’t log in. I reset password and nothing happens. I talk to the AI support and it says it can’t help unless I log in. To have a support ticket made I must log in. Which I can’t do. I’m going to dispute the transaction very shortly.

Terrible first impression
My order never came. They sent me an email saying they don’t know where it is and I just had to deal with it myself. Not my first time ordering outside the U.S. definitely first time ordering with this company and last. They suck honestly wow. Not even offered a refund. (Good thing I bank with Chase)

Took over 2 months to receive the incorrect item then they wanted me to pay $283.00 for a shipping label to return it. Terrible experience

Checking order
Got to be the worst app. You’ll try to write a request and it will say write in Latin alphabet, that’s what I’m doing. Also order doesn’t seem like it get fill and the date of shipping keeping set back.
Run Away
Never sent an email confirming order. Didn’t ship said order but charged for it. No contact concerning resolution…. just don’t.

I was FORCED to download the app to track my shipment. There’s no need for that, it’s not a functionality that a webpage couldn’t produce, it’s a way of coercing us into downloading the app. Also, the app is designed to be like the website, which begs the question why do we need an app at all? What is the company getting out of it? This is very sketchy behavior.

When I ordered told me in stock so ordered only to find out there was a big wait time for diveinn to get items to distribute Center I cancelled the very first order with them and shopped else where truly shocking experience
Horrible service and support
I had an order that could not be shipped to my country of residence and it was impossible to get a quality answer on my questions. Everything was automatically answered and each time off topic. When they had to refund they only refunded partially and again impossible to get a quality response
Poor communication
Very difficult to find a human to communicate with when the. AI system is inadequate. Many product information text is incomplete or in accurate. This makes it confusing as to what you are purchasing.
Shipping delay are not true
It took 20 more days than what was promised . Then the customer service took 10 days to answers even if their automated email says 24-48 hours …

They REQUIRE you to download their app to request returns or exchanges, then, it was going to cost me $71 to return shoes from the US. Zero stars for TradeINN!
Scam app
Their customer service is non existent, they claim to have your item in stock but don’t and then order from a wholesaler while stringing you along that “it should have arrived already”. This is a huge scam website. There are a tremendous amount of bad reviews for these reasons. Ask a search engine ai about the company, they stink. Don’t waste your time and money on this carcass of a business. Zero stars
