I orders 14 plates. Only 4 arrived unbroken. Zara says it doesn’t use bubble wrap but what’s the cost of labor, shipping, production versus product loss?
Very upset loyal customer
Tried to do a small partial return at the Zara store , where I was told they couldn’t assist as I purchased from the home app. Despite having made several purchases in the past and returned without event. Drove back home 45 minutes in total, spoke with customer service through this app and was simply given return instructions. I am expected to pay myself to ship back even though I paid to ship here and drive to store to return. Refused to let me speak with a manager . Told me no one could help me. I. The past 12 months between the two stores I gave spent close to 5k on decor and items for my home remodel. Very sad to experience that my totality to this brand means nothing.

Favourites Flaw
I love this app. The products are wonderful and often well priced, although there are premium ranges with the higher pricing that you’d expect. The order process is streamlined.
However, what should be a very useful feature -favourites lists - is useless to me on my iPhone. I can’t create a new list to add products to because the keyboard covers the SELECT button that should conclude the process. I can’t see a way to get past this
and had to close the app to move on. Hopefully the next update will resolve this.

Great Products
I love Zara Home! The products are so unique. I enjoy the watching a video of their products on YouTube. The music while watching is in French and so relaxing. What a joy!
