“View in my room” does not work

Although it’s great, they have an AR feature to view a piece of furniture in my room, it simply does not work. All I see is the furniture floating in black space. My app is up-to-date and it just doesn’t work.

Curbside pickup never works

I love cb2 but hate the fact that curbside pickup never works on the app. I can never check in & always have to end up calling the store waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order which defeats the purpose of

You gotta love everything!

Ive been buying from this store from the moment i walked into one. CB2 is the perfect modern affordable chic and slick brand. My whole home is CB2 cause i just cant get enough of it. No other store, cheaper or more expensive, have the items they have. And the good thing about this brand is that items are timeless and cohesive regardless of which season you bought items in.

CANT VIEW REVIEWS

The CB2 app is otherwise great—it does what the website does but better without needing to worry about refreshing or logging in. But there’s a big problem: it is literally impossible to see any reviews in the app. If you expand “reviews,” a white, blank space is all you get. If you click “view all”—again, all the necessary buttons show up but there are no reviews in sight, just a white space. This issue has been going on for multiple years, and they really need to fix it.
