Shipping fee??
Shipping and processing fee is ridiculous. I did not notice until I checked out but you are the only major home goods brand that does this to my knowledge. Add value to the product by charging $5-10 more and get ride of the shipping and processing. Do better!

Great merchandise but slow on delivery.
If you’re not in a hurry to get your decor…this is amazing quality merchandise. Frustrating to wait 4 months to get arm tables for the sofa I waited three months to get. Trying to decide if I want to wait 4 months for awesome leather reclining chairs!
App Glitches
Love the store and your products but the app is not that great. The AI feature doesn’t work and some of the links within the app don’t work. I tried linking my card to see key rewards, the link is broken. Others you tap on and they don’t open.
Order
I ordered curtains in the store. A week or so later Pottery Barn cancelled the order. An email was sent saying order cancelled!
Now 3 days later, I’m able to do the exact same order from my phone. What’s up with that? Hopefully this one doesn’t get cancelled.
