Shipping Cost & Ship To Store
Love PB but it is very much frustrating to order 30 plus items and I chose to have 20 ish items shipped to store and I tried to leave small items for ship to home- still charged $100 in shipping! Why not offer Free Shipping for small, non-bulky items especially if customer buying many items? Also, app makes you chose each individual item for ship to store leaving you in “Idle” and ends up taking over 1 hour to complete check out? seems you know exactly which items can ship to store but you made me click on each individually? chose store, then wait and refresh? Took me 3 days to check out because of this. I almost gave up

Love the designs but the shipping…
I love the design of PB and have shopped with them numerous times. But when I’m spending $250 for one wall shelf, to add on another $30 for shipping and processing for both home delivery and store pick up is insane. If I had found an alternative anywhere else I would have avoided PB.
Impossible password resets
I have been trying for weeks to reset password on app or directly on website through a computer and I get the following:
1 press forgot password link
2 enter my email address
3. Go to my email and look for email from PB to reset password (this part doesn’t work on app, will only work on computer). Select enter new password and enter new password
4. Receive an email stating my password has been reset
5. Attempt to login using new password (get error saying it doesn’t match)
6. Repeat this vicious cycle multiple times and the. Call customer service.
7. They tell you to try on a different device
8. Repeat on different device with same result.
9. Now stop doing this, wait 24 hours and then it will let you log in using that new password
