Such a great app and shopping experience. I’m able to navigate and shop directly from my phone easy to use and quick checkout! Love the quality of PB!
Bad customer service
Not the Pottery Barn it used to be. Disappointing customer service, had an issue receiving a credit for a return )took over 10 days). Called back to follow up and asked if they could just reimburse my credit card and I would rebuy the item (in the size I needed) over the phone with them. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative hung up on me.
