Bad customer service
Not the Pottery Barn it used to be. Disappointing customer service, had an issue receiving a credit for a return )took over 10 days). Called back to follow up and asked if they could just reimburse my credit card and I would rebuy the item (in the size I needed) over the phone with them. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative hung up on me.

I was so excited to see that you offer king sizes in some of the RR and LSF bedding! The frequently asked question section was really helpful in giving information about the sets. Not to mention, they were on sale! Can’t wait for them to arrive!

Lilly Pulitzer Bedding
I love the Lilly Pulitzer bedding so much, that I repurchased a quilt. It’s beautiful, but won’t last forever. So, I bought a second one! I also have the pillows and blanket. All Lilly Pulitzer items from Pottery Barn are lovely!

I will always recommend CB2, Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie and West Elm over pottery barn. I’ve just had way too many terrible experiences with Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Teen customer service. I’m not sure why they can’t match the positive customer service experiences of the brands I mentioned above. Just be prepared to get burned at some point if you shop with them frequently.

I have an absolute passion for pottery barn, and I’ve found that the store consistently offers the perfect gift for any occasion, whether it’s for a teenager, child or anyone. The quality of their items is exceptional and while they do require some care they are well worth the extra attention. My experience with the store has been nothing short of outstanding. And I’ve never had any issues with their products. Thank you for providing such wonderful items.

Lovely Style
My daughter absolutely loves everything PB Teen! The designs and super cute, modern and girly. This is her one stop shop for all things! Love it!
Processing
I like most pottery barn items, although we’ve had multiple problems with beds across the years. However, they are one of the few shopping sites that charge a ridiculous processing fee, which is absolutely absurd, their packaging is nothing special!!

Always can count on Pottery Barn for high quality items at reasonable prices.
