Wishlists don’t work
I spent hours curating the perfect wishlists for my new place, only for the app on both my phone and iPad to not allow me to view my lists. I deleted and redownloaded the app, restarted my devices. Still didn’t work.

The app is absolutely terrible and does not work at all, can not sign in to account, can not purchase anything. Needs a lot of work

You can’t order online, it takes forever, and it freezes continuously
Order status glitch
App overall seems to work fine but I have noticed that it struggles with the accuracy of my order. It shows items that have been delivered as pending and items half delivered the same way. I also noticed that I have to semi sign in each time I go into the app, it is a bit odd because it seems to know who I am but when I want to know more about my order I suddenly need a passcode to proceed which it would seem like it should not know anything about me until I sign in then it should be good to go until I sign out or close the app

S.L.O.W.
It’s like having a dialup on your phone. It lags and it’s slow. The app looks and acts like the main website and that’s with WiFi. Needs a serious upgrade.
