Changing password
Tried over and over again to sign in my account even forgot password was used to no avail. Last time I order from WS
App sucks!
I can’t even get my password changed. The app stinks, and I have no idea where my order is being shipped to because I placed the order without asking for a shipping address
Had to set up a new account
Love the products but super frustrating that I had to start a new account with a new email I already had an account when I tried to login with my email. It said my email wasn’t valid. I requested to set up a new email three times but never received the email to them proceed with that.

I Love shopping at William Sonoma they always have what I need and when they don’t that always let me know when they have that item in stock or a different product similar. And they are always super helpful!
