Love the app, thank you, but I am still forced to use web. Your filters are SO non user friendly. Did you usability test them? First, when selecting size, say 6, it includes numeric clothing size 6 and shoe size 6. And what is even more challenging is that EVERYTIME I select a size it brings me back to the top. For the love of … users, PLEASE fix this as many of us often select size ranges, not just one size.

Allow cart time for shoppers
Another shopper shouldn’t be able to get an item in my cart sooner than 30 mins. Allow app shoppers time to make purchases before someone else beats them to it. It’s stressful shopping.
Bad app
Glitchy, made it harder to browse when opening an email link. Advertising is working and your own app is making it harder to convert
