Abysmal

An abysmal app that matches an abysmal website from what is now an abysmal company. I cannot make a purchase without the page crashing. This has been an issue with J Crew for a very long time. It baffles me that this company in the year 2026 cannot create a functioning online shopping experience. I will instead continue shopping at competitors who actually care about customer experience.
