Apple sign in not working
Signing in w/ Apple does not work - leads to page where passkey button does not work. Deleting due to this.
Not easy to navigate
This is not easy to navigate on the iPhone. I like the old way better.

Easy to use
I enjoy the app, it is easy to use. The only challenge I've had is adding monograms, I have to login to the website for that option.

Requires login just to browse
There is no option to browse without logging in to an account. I don't want to have to create yet another login unless I'm at checkout for a purchase.

Faulty app
This app constantly glitches, logs you out of your account every other day and rarely works like a basic app should. Better tech infrastructure or platform needed asap!

Still terrible a year or so later
I downloaded the J.Crew app when it first came out and it was one of the worst apps I’ve ever. I waited a year or so before trying it again and it is still a terrible app. Why are the fonts so extra large that a simple word like “filter” cannot fit on one line? It looks like it was made in 2010 before people know how to make apps.
Update June 2026: still THE WORST. I wish I could attached screenshots to this review because it is absolutely the worst interface. When I click on my orders, it is completely blank, a white screen. Terrible!

Blue spaghetti strap dress with ruffle
This is a great dress with a fab style. The ruffle and sparkle fabric add so much. You can dress up or down and even add a bandana or wear with adidas colored suede sneakers. Love that I got it on sale!
Please fix the app
Love J Crew but the experience of using the app is extremely frustrating and stressful, links dont lead you to anywhere on the cover pages, scrolling is not fluent at all, don’t like the new interface when selecting size and check stock, please fix the app.
Best summer style
I get the most compliments when I wear Jcrew! They always have an outfit that fits any of my summer occasions
App never works
I would love to give this a better rating but the J crew app consistently has issues. There are always problems with items loading properly or accurately reflecting stock. I love j crew but their app makes me never want to shop online. Please hire app developers that can actually design a working product.
