Damaged
I ordered a red sweater and it has a hole in the back. I ordered a long black raincoat and one of the drawstrings is frayed at the waist. I am on a ship for a month and have had to repair the items myself once I discovered the problems
App too small
I love Quince, but your app is tiny. Formatted for a small phone, maybe? It doesn’t open the same size as a webpage, but in a 2x3 square. Why?

Limited to phone?!
I like Quince and wanted to try the app… so I downloaded it only to discover that the only available format is for a phone. Shame on you for not being inclusive. Some people shop on an iPad not a phone… so you decide to exclude them? FAIL!
Please! Show common bodies
My problem isn't with the products or prices, but it's VERY DIFFICULT to know what a piece of clothing looks like when all of the models have rare body types. All of the ratios are unrealistic. When the model has exceptionally long legs or torso, even picking out a simple item like underwear becomes difficult because common people won't have their clothing sitting where the model has the clothing sitting. The only place I've seen non-aberrant humans on Quince is when demonstrating "Shapewear".
