Changing password
Tried over and over again to sign in my account even forgot password was used to no avail. Last time I order from WS
App sucks!
I can’t even get my password changed. The app stinks, and I have no idea where my order is being shipped to because I placed the order without asking for a shipping address
Had to set up a new account
Love the products but super frustrating that I had to start a new account with a new email I already had an account when I tried to login with my email. It said my email wasn’t valid. I requested to set up a new email three times but never received the email to them proceed with that.
Great Selection
I love William Sonoma, they have a great selection, I purchased the green pan's and Breville cream & gold collection-they are beautiful

I Love shopping at William Sonoma they always have what I need and when they don’t that always let me know when they have that item in stock or a different product similar. And they are always super helpful!
Good store, Unreliable App
App continues to freeze upon every use. Crashes mid-shopping. Keyboard appears for search & will not disappear after & app freezes. Makes shopping impossible if searching for more than one specific item.
Using rewards points
Please make it easier to use your rewards points during checkout. The copy and paste function does not work. You are always sending me emails to use my rewards points and know the exact amount so why can’t you automatically add them to check out with a button to click if you want to use them or not?

Unable to see any shipping fees or select delivery to the store? Site forces me to complete transaction before showing the full amount?
Search Engine Poor
When I search a specific term the results are not as exact as what I would expect.
I wanted just “Nespresso” machines…. I got them mixed with all sorts of garbage.

When we first moved back to the U.S., I found Williams Sonoma bags hidden throughout my kitchen cabinets in our new home. My husband had secretly bought me my favorites: a new Pro KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Breville sear & press grill, the works! Our Boise shop even knew him by first name! Now I go there to admire and shop or peruse online. Everyone at our shop is so friendly and helpful. It’s one of my happy places! I have to mention NYC shop’s wall of colorful KitchenAids; it’s a thing of beauty!! Yep, I’m a little obsessed; W&S is the place to go for quality, variety, and inspiration!

Installing this app seems to allow unrequested and unwanted text advertising from Williams Sonoma. Uninstalling the app and unwanted ninja ads stopped.
