Online Ordering
Love the store but hate their website. The most unfriendly ordering process. Needs major overhaul. Takes forever to order unless you type everything perfect. They have one wrong thing on my sign in so I can never order, as can’t correct. Easier to go into store. Thanks
App is clunky
App used to be good. Now it takes forever to search, select store doesn’t stick, times out and getting errors while trying to checkout.
Bad UX

Redundant Entering
I spent more time trying to place my order than I did actually shopping online. I had store pick up but when I entered a gift card it would reset to shipping. I would change it, reenter gift card and I did PayPal for the remainder. That threw the website into a tizzy b/c it couldn’t handle a gift card, a promo code and PayPal. I after 10 mins of this I entered a credit card for the website to stop resetting to shipping and removing the promo code. Frustrating experience and time consuming.
