App used to be good. Now it takes forever to search, select store doesn’t stick, times out and getting errors while trying to checkout.

Redundant Entering
I spent more time trying to place my order than I did actually shopping online. I had store pick up but when I entered a gift card it would reset to shipping. I would change it, reenter gift card and I did PayPal for the remainder. That threw the website into a tizzy b/c it couldn’t handle a gift card, a promo code and PayPal. I after 10 mins of this I entered a credit card for the website to stop resetting to shipping and removing the promo code. Frustrating experience and time consuming.

The container store has the best sneaker cases ever. I refer everyone here. They have all of the space saving and organizing needs for anyone, anywhere.
Site sends me around in circles
I’ve just spent 40 minutes trying to order more than $100 worth of merchandise using PayPal. I used the code I received from text message. But then you asked me to get another code from email. So I did. When I came back to your app, you brought me to your main page, not to the checkout already underway. I had to start the same process all over again, including the obscure step of confirming my delivery address again and picking a payment option. I tried to find a shortcut but couldn’t. After about six rounds of this, I gave up. And you lost more than $100 in sales.

The Container Store and Bed, Bath & Beyond will make for a great partnership (he said sarcastically). They both have quality merchandise, but they’re both unreasonably overpriced.
SKU lookup doesn’t work
When I type a barcode in or scan it, it says “ we are sorry there are no search results for”
Bed Bath and Beyond
The worst thing that has happened to the Container Store is the takeover of Bed Bath and Beyond!! Do not expect the same customer service!! Already has gone down the toilet and it’s only just begun. Been a fan and customer for 2010, not anymore.

Unable to purchase. App glitches constantly and the add to cart and view cart function is worthless. I’ve basically giving up shopping here because of the app.

I DL after the supposed bug fix update. I get a blank white screen, the it crashes. I’ve deleted & reinstalled a few times. Back to the web page I guess.

Switches to Shipping instead of store pickup
I select in-store pickup for my purchases and it automatically will switch to shipping on the next page to confirm order.
You are not able to cancel the order even if you call immediately.

Love Container but…..
Your website order page is awful!! Once you get to the payment screen, no Apple Pay option or autofill on any of the information screen. Simple fixes that any IT department could fix !
