L’application est tellement mal optimisée qu’elle fait chauffer mon iPhone au point d’être bouillant en quelques secondes. Ce qui est très mauvais pour la batterie!
Pour couronner le tout, le système de défilement est insupportable. Si on s’arrête deux secondes pour regarder un produit, la barre de recherche descend et décale le reste de la page vers le bas. On est obligé de lutter en scrollant non-stop pour éviter ce mouvement automatique agaçant. Expérience très désagréable, ça se voit que les personnes travaillant au siège n’utilisent pas cette application.

Tried to do a small partial return at the Zara store , where I was told they couldn’t assist as I purchased from the home app. Despite having made several purchases in the past and returned without event. Drove back home 45 minutes in total, spoke with customer service through this app and was simply given return instructions. I am expected to pay myself to ship back even though I paid to ship here and drive to store to return. Refused to let me speak with a manager . Told me no one could help me. I. The past 12 months between the two stores I gave spent close to 5k on decor and items for my home remodel. Very sad to experience that my totality to this brand means nothing.

I love this app. The products are wonderful and often well priced, although there are premium ranges with the higher pricing that you’d expect. The order process is streamlined.
However, what should be a very useful feature -favourites lists - is useless to me on my iPhone. I can’t create a new list to add products to because the keyboard covers the SELECT button that should conclude the process. I can’t see a way to get past this
and had to close the app to move on. Hopefully the next update will resolve this.

I love Zara Home! The products are so unique. I enjoy the watching a video of their products on YouTube. The music while watching is in French and so relaxing. What a joy!

You have to pay for home items return they won’t give you return label. So if you order a big piece and it doesn’t fit, you can have to pay more than 100$ for a return. Ridiculous in 2026

No sizes on throw for pillow covers
They don’t provide any sizes in the “Product detail” dropdown menu for their throw pillow covers. Gives all kinds of other information, but what good is that if you don’t know what the heck the size is??? Horribly frustrating. PLUS you can’t hold down the product reference number to be able to paste it into the chat area to even ask about it. Got to find a pen and paper, write it out, then type it in to ask a question about something that.should.have.been.there in the first place!

Não consigo fazer login na conta, da bug…
I made a purchase in jan/26 that’s still not delivered and can’t cancel.
This happened twice, but the second time I actually received my items. I try cancel but it’s IMPOSSIBLE. The app used to be great now I don’t want to buy from it ever again
