The Olympics, I know you’ve said it’s coming, but that’d be awesome.
Contract negotiations, maybe instead of providing one contract, there’s 2 or 3 if there’s interest that you can choose from and maybe even negotiate.
Hire a person to delegate your agency too. Give the user the option to hire somebody that would run the organization, I know the delegation gives out a lot of contracts to athletes I personally would never give a contract too.
Another option, give us 200-300ish points to show the delegation what the manager, the user, wants to prioritize in an athlete.
Instead of a solid 3 athletes per sport, give additional slots that cost something to increase slots.
Ability to decrease Marketing, Scouting, Analysis, Negotiation. As it currently sits if you spend too much on those things that country will forever be in red unless you completely close and start over.
Dimensions of athletes, positions and career/season stats.
This is big ask, but all the teams in big conferences added and maybe some farm team/league 2 and 3. Such as Prem, Prem 2, La Liga, La Liga 2, NFL, NBA, G-League, MLB, some farm league, etc. Demotions and promotions could be fun.
Know this is a lot but could be some good changes.

In head-to-head sports, such as tennis, judo, or other sports in this category, the first round of a competition follows what is known as seeding, meaning that the favorites face the weaker players first. At first, I recommend focusing on track and field events in a country with a low national level in that sport. This will allow you to quickly win competitions and, as a result, gain reputation and money to develop your agencies.

One question tho, my agency is delegated but they don’t seem to replace aging client(33/44 y/o), am i doing something wrong or a bug maybe?

Thank you very much for your feedback. I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Here’s how it works: The longevity attribute determines a peak age (the age at which the player’s current ability begins to decline) using the formula 24 + (longevity / 10). So, for example, for a player with a longevity of 80, their peak age is 24 + 8 = 32. Then, every month, in delegated agencies, players who have been past their peak age for more than 5 years have a 1 in 5 chance of being replaced. So, for a player with a longevity of 80, for example, this starts at age 36.

Thanks for your feedback. For each of the game’s 30 sports, there are national tournaments, a continental cup (for each of the 5 continents), and a World Cup. You can access the full list of competitions on the calendar by tapping the date at the top of the main screen.
