Won’t load
I keep deleting and downloading it, but nothing changes when I do it, I try to bring it up and it might load for a second then turn off or won’t go on at all! I like the sports content but I can get my news other places I’ve given it long enough to fix.
App crashes
It’s amazing that in 2023, a developer can’t manage to at least make their app stable for a couple of months. Where most apps fix these kinds of issues immediately, whoever is maintaining this app for SI is taking their money and sitting on their couch laughing. The app either doesn’t load or loads and then immediately crashes. They’ll fix it for a couple of weeks and then it crashes again.

The Constant Crashes Continue
For multiple years now I’ve had the same issue other call out here, the app will just not load, or it will boot you out for no known reason. Restarts and reloads do not seem to matter. Then, it will just start to work again - You just never know for how long. Use at your own peril of insanity. Or hey, use it until you find one that works (then tell me what it is)

Pathetic
Crashes every. single. time. I have removed and reloaded it, rebooted my iPad (and my iPhone) repeatedly. Nothing works. I’ve never had an app from any source that was so useless.
No personalization
The app claims to allow you to personalize your feed but you absolutely cannot. There are some good things about the app but I don’t want to read only stories about other teams.

This app doesn’t work will not open. I am going to cancel subscription which is unfortunate they have great content.
Mostly crashes
When it works, I love the app. The articles are usually timely, relevant, and to the point. Unfortunately, I rarely get to enjoy it since the app mostly crashes when I open it. Please fix the app SI!
Good Content … Pathetic Tech
Just awful. When it (rarely) comes up, content is often truncated or just blows up. Astonishing that a media company as established as SI could put out something terrible and never fix it.

This is so poorly kept up that I’m ready to cancel. It crashes everyday for 2 weeks now. Anybody home?? Horrible customer service
App simply does not work. Terrible.
Lifelong SI print subscriber since 1982. Love SI even through all their fits and missteps, especially their digital efforts. This app just does not work. Deleted and reloaded it a dozen times. Makes no difference. If it doesn’t kick you out immediately it will shortly thereafter when you try to access an article. Just terrible.

Crashes constantly
Haven’t been able to use in weeks, have tried restarting along with reinstalling; waste of subscription money when I can’t even read the content paid for on my device.
Doesn’t open. Only crashes. Zero stars.

For some articles it’s fine, others shut the app down immediately. I re-installed the app and it still didn’t work, frustrating!

Great when it worked
Crashes immediately every time since last week. Good journalism, stories and interesting viewpoint. But like I said, the app doesn’t work on iOS even after reinstalling and updating phone. What a shame.
Terrible App support
If you pay for a subscription, I would expect the app to have better reliability than this one. I get booted out of specifics articles, or the app entirely, WAY too often for the $ I’m paying for the service. Do you even support the app anymore?!
