Unpleasant process
This application is terrible for organizing events. I had to use different emails to create multiple profiles for different players and myself as the coach. I will no longer register any of my players or teams in events utilizing this app to manage it. As a parent/coach it was immensely frustrating to have to log in and out of multiple accounts.

SportsThread is a clean, easy-to-use app for athletes to showcase highlights, connect with coaches, and get more exposure. Posting videos is smooth, the profile tools look professional, and it’s great for anyone serious about recruiting. Simple, fast, and effective.

I was able to register my son, buy tickets for the event all through Sports Thread. It literally took a few minutes and we were done. The app is awesome having everything right in front of you.. This is definitely if not one of the best and easiest app to use. Great Job guys!!!!

The app is extremely hard to navigate and it is hard to find the tournament brackets and schedules.
No. Just no.
I tried to login to this app because I have an upcoming tournament. I entered my email but it said there is already an account linked with it? I then tried a couple passwords but none worked. So as one does, I clicked the “forgot password” option. I entered my email and they told me an email was sent to me. However, I did this 5 TIMES and no email was sent. I also tried the “skip for now” button but it seems like it does absolutely nothing. Thanks for this insanely aggravating experience🙄🏀

Awful User Experience
This is probably one of the WORST team/tournament management apps I have ever used. I have used team snap, Zorts, tourney machine, band app, SuperFan, etc and this one takes the cake. It is impossible to navigate. Finding brackets, standing, scores, etc. is down right impossible. It is nothing short of a task. This kind of stuff should be 2-3 clicks in max

Worst app ever!
Our local rec league baseball is using this app for the 1st time this spring. It is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m not sure what the league is paying for🤷♂️? There is no team roster, no schedule and games start next week. The coach had to send a “jpeg pic” via text to player parents. Families are busy! No schedule means hand jamming all games and practices into your phone calendar/schedule and there is weather, you get to do it again if there are changes. Waste of money 💰!

Nothing works
Nothing in this app works for our coaches or our parents. The phone number that is in the app says to text is invalid. When I emailed customer service I asked them to call me. They sent me back an email asking that I list all of the issues in an email. I needed someone to call me because when I was sent instructions they were incorrect. Horrible customer service!!
