Insufficient betting options
AFL: Not even a betting market for Gary Ayres medallist. Pointsbet has it- most betting platforms have it. And cannot do Multi of Norm Smith and premiership double. Along with pathetic odds that encourage no one to take a punt. I will be ditching Sportsbet. They have not improved with competition. All Sportsbet are good at is making TV ads

You complete that process and think the bet has been made, though the money just sits in your account and the bet is never made. If you're not a full time gambler you then look back later at your bet to find it hasn't been made, the bet now expired and not to be used again, and money in you're account you have to turn over to get back or get onto the support team to manually return it to you while being told that this is not how they do business. Please fix this issue sports bet, when depositing funds directly to a bet just make the bet happen or make it clear that you need to complete further steps.

Too complicated
For experts maybe it works but I found going from the TAB app to this was very confusing, it’s harder to get a quad or trifecta sorted in a quick time frame and far less intuitive than other apps. Nothing wrong with it just a bit overly and unnecessarily complex and clunky
Worst app of all time
Doesn’t pay out when you win. Won’t let you cash out just changes the bet to pending if it doesn’t get up. Avoid at all costs.

Flawed software. Poor customer relations
Placing a “if any leg fails” SGM and the bet got voided. Phoned up as bonus bet rebate was not credited. Was told to place a normal bet and if it didn’t get credited to call up. Now I call and they say tough luck. Integrity of this mob is shocking. Last time they asked me to do a survey in exchange for a bonus bet and then after I completed the survey they said it was a mistake. Said they would call but never did.

Slow and sluggish
How is it for many years this has to be the slowest app. The lag between switching races which is surprising after so many updates, it remains slow on both iPhone and iPad. It is a nice looking app and has potential but the sluggish feel is not worth it
Outstanding
They’ve been great with promos and offering so many options plus they have the best odds going in horse racing. Easy to use and great customer service 10/10 👍
Shut downs
The app often closes while adding selections for a multi. After shutting down it deletes the already selected options.

Shots on target are open to interpretation, France vs Sweden 62nd minute Dembele shot outside of the box goalie saved by Sweden GK sports bet didn’t count it as a shot but a cross.

In the iOS version of the app you should be able to sort results in order, it doesn’t allow this, it defaults to the order of most recently placed bet and yet there are filters available on pending bets.
