Worst app of all time
Doesn’t pay out when you win. Won’t let you cash out just changes the bet to pending if it doesn’t get up. Avoid at all costs.

Flawed software. Poor customer relations
Placing a “if any leg fails” SGM and the bet got voided. Phoned up as bonus bet rebate was not credited. Was told to place a normal bet and if it didn’t get credited to call up. Now I call and they say tough luck. Integrity of this mob is shocking. Last time they asked me to do a survey in exchange for a bonus bet and then after I completed the survey they said it was a mistake. Said they would call but never did.

Slow and sluggish
How is it for many years this has to be the slowest app. The lag between switching races which is surprising after so many updates, it remains slow on both iPhone and iPad. It is a nice looking app and has potential but the sluggish feel is not worth it

They’ve been great with promos and offering so many options plus they have the best odds going in horse racing. Easy to use and great customer service 10/10 👍
Shut downs
The app often closes while adding selections for a multi. After shutting down it deletes the already selected options.

Shots on target are open to interpretation, France vs Sweden 62nd minute Dembele shot outside of the box goalie saved by Sweden GK sports bet didn’t count it as a shot but a cross.

Sometimes the interface just doesn’t want to play and changes my default settings from one dollar, five dollar, $10 bets back to whatever the system default was
there’s a feature that I think would be really good
In the iOS version of the app you should be able to sort results in order, it doesn’t allow this, it defaults to the order of most recently placed bet and yet there are filters available on pending bets.

I’m super fan for soccer World Cup and been playing since 2018 just soccer betting and I been winning and losing tell 2 days ago I place money on game between Argentina vs Egypt and my bet was the game would have more than 3.5 yellow cards. The game finished with 5 yellow cards but i lost my money. I called back the told me the team manager received 2 yellow cards and this yellow cards doesn’t count it should be for the players only!!!! But when I went back and looked there is nothing like that . I spoke to team supervisor name Frizer he didn’t care and he agreed with me but he told me he can’t help. All what I understand from this they are biggest cheaters they do their best to make you lose

No deposit matches unless you lose a substantial amount of money - poor odds regularly especially early and no promos can be used on tote prices account managers are complete doosh bags ! Ever since I found out an account manager was appointed regular deposit matches all but stopped and were halved to a lesser amount
