Doesn’t work
Don’t bother. Times are wrong, teams are wrong. You miss half the games and the only response you get is an apology. They refuse to fix ALL the issues.
Don’t waste your money
App doesn’t work as described. Request upgrade even with paid subscription to watch livestream. Live stream only works with an all access package although premier subscription indicates you can watch livestream
Cameras don’t work 1/2 the time
$20 per month to only be able to see the team I’m paying to see only play one game a weekend because the cameras stop working for the later games. Absolutely terrible! If you are going to offer this service and charge that much per month then your service needs to be 1000% more reliable!!!!
Limited App Functionality
All-access is a $20/month subscription, but the app itself can’t do most of the all access features…. Like downloads. You have to go online for that. So to me, this app is pretty disappointing for a platform in the category of ease of use or meeting expectations for a streaming and viewing app. I’ll keep using only because some venues force me to, but there are far better platforms out there to stream kids sports on. Especially for tech illiterate grandmas and grandpas and extended family members to participate easier as well. In addition, all access is charging for a scoreboard in the view - which isnt there. Pretty disappointed, does not live up to the hype or what was advertised.

Clearly not user tested
Worst user experience. When you click support from the App Store it 404s. Never received verification email. Replays only include last 8 minutes. Streaming quality is poor. The Knowledge Base is weak at best. If you opt out of promotional emails, it prevents you from getting email verifications. Great job with the marketing automation…

Manual Scoring Not Working
Started using this app to stream volleyball games earlier this year and it worked well. However, cannot find button to open manual scoring even though I selected manual scoring in the stream setup. The manual scoreboard is biggest draw for me. Hope the devs can fix this soon.
Livestream rarely happens
Purchase a subscription to watch summer ball during the week. Unfortunately, live streams hardly happen, Start late or cut out early. If you pay for a subscription, why can’t you just live stream the field 24/7 so parents don’t miss anything if games are running late or running early?? Plus it also would be nice if you could see scores

Never streams games as scheduled.
The games never stream as they should, there is always a technical problem. This is year 2 with the same issue, needless to say, I will not continue using this app.

Complete Rip Off
This app is terrible. You will be waiting for a live video that will never go live. You won’t be able to see the scoreboard . The views are terrible at times . I’m highly upset with my purchase

My child plays volleyball and loves to watch her films after tournaments and SportsEngine Play is the best for that. Love this app so much and if you or your kid wants to watch your films this app is for you!
Don’t get fooled
It’s the worst app you can ever use if you unsubscribe you will still get charged, they will never respond to your calls or emails. I had to deal with my bank to report them as a fraud.

Anyways app was working fine for first part of season and now all a sudden is says my membership needs to be paid so I try to pay and it says you already have a membership horrible
It’s Amazing App
Just needs a few improvements like what viewers are watching and who is watching. And fixing the Manual scoreboard that currently does not work please fix it soon my viewership relies on it. And then maybe allowing logo on the scoreboard too. And thanks for making it free to watch because so other streaming services make you pay this doesn’t it is free. Continue doing the best you can do. Amazing App. Thanks

Manual Scoring broken
Have been using for about a year. At some point, revision update broke the manual scoring option. Goes to 1 and then you can no longer update. Waiting on a response through tech support but as of now it is not useable.
Clumsy and not very intuitive
This has got to be the biggest disappointment of a youth sports streaming app I’ve ever encountered. The platform is clumsy and not very intuitive. Unreliable at times and very hard to navigate. You guys may consider something closer to ballertv. I feel taken advantage of seriously. Most frustrating and useless piece of tech I’ve ever seen. Another fine example of big corporations taking advantage of the patents of young athletes.

Terrible app
App is not user friendly and live streaming is VERY glitchy. I’ve tried giving it a chance with different streamers and different venues to make sure it wasn’t one particular place or phone but it made no difference. Do better sports engine.
