Push notifications delay

The app is clunky and not very clean. The worst part is it is used as a central point of communication but notifications are delayed by like 30 minutes to an hour.

I can’t get my team to show up. We submitted a HD ticket and it showed up. The next day the team was gone. The support is severely lacking. We will be seeking out another app.

The admin has opened four tickets for the same issue. You fix it and within 48 hours the team is missing again. My suggestion is hire competent people. Four tickets for the same issue is ridiculous.
