What's New in Spot the Cue

1.2.5

August 20, 2026

Deeper body-language practice — and a fix for a habit the app was accidentally teaching. • Not everything means something. Practice now deliberately mixes in moments where the honest read is "nothing is actually going on here" — the arms are folded because the room is cold. A run of practice where every answer turns out to be a real signal quietly trains you to over-read, which is the opposite of the point. • Two new kinds of body-language question. Side-by-side pairs: the same kind of moment twice, one where something is going on and one where it isn't, and you say which. And "what changed": the usual version of a scene next to today's. • Teen practice got the same treatment. The teen body-language set had almost no "nothing is wrong here" moments in the early levels. It does now. • Fixed: leveling up in Pressure & Deception could let a second level-up slip past the one-a-day cap.

User reviews

Awesome App

Love this app! It’s easy to use, organized, and incredibly helpful. The information is practical and makes it much easier to identify people’s nonverbal cues. It’s a great way to learn how to follow what others are saying without using words. You can tell a lot of thought went into its design. I highly recommend Spot the Cue to anyone looking for a high-quality, user-friendly app for people who have difficulty reading body language.
