Can’t get in
I’ve changed my password 10x just trying to get on, app keeps saying password or username is incorrect. Username is able to receive the forgot password email, so clearly username is right. Password has changed 10x and not one time has it worked. Terrible app.

Awful
Terrible app, constantly having issues
Can’t sign in, reset my password successfully and then try to sign in again and it’s incorrect password…. Constantly having sign in issues. Can’t have YouTube playing in the background or any other app like music. Can’t text can’t anything. Your phone is completely useless once you can finally sign in if you can even manage that. Just bad all around. Absolutely no support either.

Great idea/Terrible app
The concept of this app and service is excellent and if it did what it aims to do it would be great. But it fails at generally every aspect. It is frustrating on its best day.
Outdated
This app doesn’t allow screenshots which is totally fine, but let’s say you accidentally take one you are locked out for days even weeks because you have to bother your administrator. If this app would get with the times, the app itself should just have a blank screen if you take a screen shot or try screen recording like every other app. For example, if you have an app that has a pro version, but it’s paid for, and it has templates for example, if you try and screen shot, your screen shot is a black blank screen. It also freezes, the screen doesn’t rotate back and you have to constantly sign back out and in again. Very archaic app and needs updating to say the least.

Picture not video
The app is so slow on viewing that I’m up to 1 picture every 3 minutes at the fastest. I’m constantly having to log in and out just to get an updated picture since the video does not even play. Terrible
Reset My Password 10 TIMES!!!
I downloaded the app to watch my daughters dance class and each time I had to reset my password! I’m not typing in the incorrect password! There something wrong with the app.!
Freezes Constantly
I have watched to see how long I can watch my child before the app freezes and I have to close it down and start over. 1 minute! Literally 1 minute and then it completely freezes. This is so frustrating.
Worst app ever
If I could give it zero stars I would. I never write reviews but this app is awful. Constantly freezes up or “can’t play video” or kicks you off. Our gym switched this app to help with privacy concerns but now I can’t watch my kid at all because this app doesn’t work 😡

This is the worst app I have ever used. It never works, constantly freezes, and is extremely glitchy. What a waste.
Terrible App
It hardly ever loads the feed, and when it does, it's glitchy and freezes. It's not worth the aggravation...
Useless
If you want a completely useless app on your device, this is the app for you. Out of the 100 times I’ve tried to use this app it has only worked about 5 times. Then when it did work it was on a 3 to 4 minute delay. When my daughter was out of her dance class she was able to watch herself still in the class. It’s ridiculous!

Terrible App
This app is constantly freezing and incredibly glitchy. It’s basically pointless.
Glitchy At Best
Our gym uses this app and while it was a godsend to have something (ANYTHING) during the pandemic, it didn’t come without headache. It constantly glitches, the user interface is poor and there have no significant updates to enhance the user experience in the 3yrs I’ve used it. They also haven’t done anything to enhance and update the experience for business owners, after many empty promises. Our gym is ditching the service and it’s no surprise. They can’t even get the cancellation date correct!

Not able to sign up
I downloaded this app for my child’s gym and tried to register and got to the “select activity center” step and no search results will populate. So I can’t complete creating my account.
Error Message Every Time
I can never get in to the app. I’ve set it up on the gymnastics teams website so it is linked and every time I log in I get an error message. Ive reset the password and still an error message.
It's 2023... do better
This should be a really easy app to make and it crashes constantly. It can't be that hard to find a decent app developer.
Garbage
Garbage. Constantly lagging. Won’t remember password. Every time I lock my phone it thinks I’m taking a screen shot and kicks me out. The developer of this app should be drawn and quartered
Terrible
You’ll receive an email right away if you screenshot, detailing the action is not authorized. However, if you forget your password and try to reset, it takes hours and you’ll miss the session you’re trying to view. Terrible app.
