App crashes - unable to use

I manage mobility for our company and have tested this on iPhone 7, 8, X, and XS Max and it crashes on open on every device with iOS 12. Doesn’t matter if I install via the App Store or VPP. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The issue you describe is not something we've seen or been able to reproduce, so it would be very helpful to gather more data about the issue. We'd appreciate if you log into the Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com/) and file a support ticket. If you don't already have access there you can click on 'Register' in the upper right hand corner, or ask the Spotfire Admin in your office to grant you access to file support tickets.

2.10.0

This update to 2.10.0 is not working for anyone in our company since we are still on server version 7.0.1.16. You are basically forcing users to upgrade in order to use this app. There was no warning that this version would not be backwards compatible. Had we known this we could have at least warned our users. We have a plan to upgrade this year, but not until much later.

App keeps crashing

App crashes since upgrade to iOS 11.3 on both iPhone and iPad. Please fix.

OK

Nice that I can add a list of spotfire servers and look at web player content easily. Could do with some touch screen savvy components for spotfire webplayer as some controls are just not suited to the touch screen.

The list of examples is inspiring.

Unfortunately the app seems unhappy on iOS6 with the analyses stalling at the opening stage. Looking forward to an update.
