Thank you for reporting this — you were right, and it was a bug on our side. Promoting to Major Studio asked for 10 signed talent while a Mid-Major roster is capped at 8, so the requirement was impossible to meet. It's already fixed: the top tiers now need 7 / 12 / 20 signed talent, all reachable within your current cap. The update is on its way to the App Store and will arrive in few days. Your save is safe — after updating, just advance one week and the studio promotes on its own. Sorry for the frustration, and thanks for helping us catch it.
Very Fun Full Of Things To Do!
The family aspect is my absolute favorite part of this game so far having famous pets, kids and a tv show is so cool and secondary is the studio boss mode! This game is so creative and with some more improvement i can see it being a long time favorite and a highly rated top game. Great job to the developers!
There’s still a few bugs that need to be worked on in studio boss mode like being unable to progress pass mid major studio because staff count is maxed lower than needed to progress and create tv series is stuck also if you’re having twins there needs to be two name slots lol

Great potential! Economy needs tuning
A few suggestions to improve balance:
- Payout bug: Viral posts display earnings over 100 trillion but only deposit 1 trillion. This feels like a display/calculation glitch. Please fix so the payout matches what’s shown.
- Tax system: The current tax returns take nearly all earnings, which makes progression frustrating. Can the rate be reduced or scaled better?
- Savings cap: Please increase the savings account limit above 500 million so we can actually save for big purchases in late game.

We're sorry for the frustration you experienced. The app was temporarily unavailable while we addressed technical and administrative issues, and it has since been restored. App Store refund requests are reviewed and processed directly by Apple according to their policies, so developers aren't able to approve or deny them. Thank you for your feedback.
