I like the layout of the app and it was working good Intel it started crashing every time I would open it or it would show me a schedule for a different employee. I also used to be able to look at the employee list request time off and see lots of other options that are now just gone..

Start Over and Try Again

You really need to get someone to redevelop this system. The app is almost unusable in its current state and should never have been rolled out with so many bugs. The problems start right at the login process, which is overly complicated and frustrating. Please go back, delete this version, and rebuild it so users can actually access and use the app for its intended purpose.

So awful it hurts

Man I don’t feel like I should need to go through a 5 minute process to check my schedule and that’s only the beginning on IOS if ur phone is rotated side ways (which is already annoying since it forces there main logo and the tabs at the bottom to exist giving u a 1/2 inch window to scroll through) and u wanna rotate it back to vertical it just doesn’t work it cuts the app in half, if I wanna check my work schedule after signing in 1/2 the time it asks me to restart the app this is way to buggy for an app that my work relies on to tell me when I need to be there the whole layout on a mobile phone is terrible I’m aware the computer aspect is ok at best same with a tablet but 95% of people are going to be using there phones the apps slow to load in and never clearly displays day and time just uses all the space to make it look colorful

This app is unusable

It is constantly crashing, showing incorrect schedules, and forcing me to login every 15 seconds. Used to work okay but now it’s unusable.

App needs major work

It is so glitchy and hardly ever logs you in, you need multiple attempts to log you in. The “keep signed in” option never works, and the app crashes so often it even prompts you to restart it. SpotOn needs to work on this app.

Hardly usable

Imagine having an app that you have to log in 5 different times to get to open right. Then when you’re finally in, it crashes and you have to start the process again.

The glitchiest app I’ve ever been forced to use. Takes multiple tries to login every time. Slow and crashes. Confusing interface. Hasn’t been updated for 9 mos. I can’t believe the company I work for actually pays for this scam.

worse scheduling app ever

terrible app it crashes constantly. logs you out constantly even if you choose keep me signed in. it is so glitchy and will show you someone else’s schedule when you put YOUR OWN information in and it’s basically unusable.

So glitchy

This app has potential, but you can’t see team schedules for the full week. It only shows the first few days before it just completely crashes out as you scroll. It makes you login almost every single time you use it and then sometimes it won’t even let you login at all. Then other times when it does let you login it glitches and shows you the wrong schedule and position. Extremely annoying. The positives are the ease of offering shifts and grabbing shifts, but that’s it.

This is just a sad attempt at an app. I have to change the password every time I need to sign in AND sometime it just doesn’t let you sign in for a week. Whoever designed/ made this app or said “yes this is perfect.” You need to find a new profession just give up.
