Just kept getting a blank screen when I typed in locations. Then tried deleting my account and the app kept crashing so I can’t delete it.

Forces you to create account before searching for a queue
The app forces you to create and verify an account before opening. The email verification step can take up to five minutes. All of this is before you can search for whether the line you are interested in (my local airport) is even a part of the service.
