I’ll definitely have this app on hand in my classroom. I’m an elementary teacher and I have taught hundreds of EL students. This app would be amazing for them. It has so many different uses like for centers, or for when there are pockets of free time. And as a mama raising my girls in Spanish AND not a fan of much screen time- I actually let my toddler use her iPad for the first time because of this app. Love how it engages children, challenges them, and affirms their learning.

Thank you so much for this. The fact that you trusted Spotto for your daughter’s very first iPad moment and that you can see it working for your EL students too is everything I hoped for when building it. Having a teacher’s stamp of approval means a lot.

We love it!

We absolutely love this app as a mom of two toddlers! It is so interactive and educational. Both our kids are not just sitting down and playing a game but also interacting and getting out.

Thank you so much for this. Hearing that both your little ones are up and moving around the house with it is exactly what I built Spotto for. Enjoy the adventures together!

Love it so much

One thing I’ve learned through our bilingual parenting journey is that language exposure doesn’t always have to look like structured learning. Spotto has been such a fun tool for our family because it turns vocabulary into a game. So easy to switch between languages and a lot of fun learning. My son gets excited to play, and honestly, we’ve all learned something from it. There have been so many moments where my husband and I have looked at each other and realized we just learned a new word too😂 oh and also my son can play with it for a whole hour instead of a TV show. 100% recommended

Thank you so much for this review. The part about you and your husband learning new words alongside your son is just wonderful. That is what Spotto is really about at its core. It means a lot to read this.

As an SLP, I love this app for increasing language exposure to new words as kids explore items in their home environment! This is a great tool to guide parents on how to support their child’s language development as well.

As a speech therapist who’s used to coming up with these ideas and knowing these milestones, I don’t necessarily
NEED this app, but it’s been an amazing resource to share with parents so that they can use the same techniques while they’re playing outside of our Therapy. Once you play around with this app for a while, you start to use these technique while reading books and playing with toys, you already have! It’s such a good way to teach parents the best ways to interact with their kiddos during playtime! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this! Hearing this from a speech therapist means everything to us. That's exactly what Spotto is built for, bringing those therapy techniques into everyday play at home. So glad it's been a useful tool to share with families!

so many possibilities and uses!

It’s been so fun using this app this week! My kids have been running around the house together, and I think it’s great for scenarios outside of the home too if you forget toys like at a restaurant or traveling. We used it in a hotel this week while we waited for check in, and I’ll keep trying it in new locations like the airport soon!
