App crashes
Cant even get the app to open anymore. Loads for a split second then crashes.
It has always been glitchy but useable. Ill now scrap these and buy something else. Dont waste your money!

App won’t work - I am on latest iOS and just keeps crashing on launch so the whole thing is pointless as I cannot track.

Easy to use and a must have
For us travelers this gadget is a lifesaver. It’s so light, easy to install and activate. I use it on my pouch where I keep my SD cards and keys, just makes it easier to keep track of everything when traveling non stop. Highly recommended for anyone as it can be used in many ways and every household needs one.

Does exactly what I need with great support
Needed something to stop me leaving my phone in the car (!). Spotypal, with iPhone and Apple XR set to notify on device bleeps if I leave the car without picking up my phone. Had a few challenges with iPhone timings but Spotypal were great and provided instant support and advice to get it all sorted.

Great product and support
I bought the SpotyPal to keep track of my bag when we’re on vacation. At first the separation alert wasn’t working but Support responded very fast and kept communicating with me until the problem was resolved (the upgrade fixed the problem). The app upgrade also added some new features. Happy all around.
