Why lines

Why white lines across screen

Please play it. It is so good

This is one of the best games I have ever played

Fun but...

I love this game but controls are inverted pls fix will make gameplay easier

Efects

Please delete that efects makes me lose its so ANNOYING.

Pretty sick

A fun little game which I have personally spent hours on. I would love the idea of an inverted color mode (for those extra late nights) and perhaps a setting to play without the filter (pre v2.0-like)

Smooth as butter

Been playing this for a long time. Speed mode is my favorite but wish it wasn’t a solid wall at around 3000. Have gotten so good at it I only have to break the barrier and can navigate the narrowest of tunnels. Perhaps a harder mode than speed mode with a faster pace.

Good

Great game 10/10 but the scrolling lines are really annoying almost enough to make me stop playing.

Has always been a favorite game

I have always loved this game but i miss the old *cleaner* graphics and they were changed to look to old and retro and i don’t really like it

Fix it Please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The game was fine till the last update I thought if a waited long enough then someone would fix it. Turns out it was wrong, the game is over twice as slow no matter what mode I pick(the music included) there are huge white strips that move down the screen and block all vision of anything underneath. That was a very fun simple game now i cannt even play it.

Update broke it

This is one of my favorite games ever, but the update broke it on my iPhone 5c. It is showing large white bars cascading down the screen after upload. Please fix!!

What in the world?

This is a great game. I've played it before. But when I try and play it on my device, it has these creepy scrolling lines going through the screen. The lines are white, blocking the view of the whole entire game.

What a mobile game should be like

Simple yet so so so addicting

Good but not the same anymore

This game was good, but it isn’t anymore because it is just not the same. I am really happy that you have added support for 64bit devices because I only have one 32 bit one and that’s a 3GS that won’t charge anymore. Please don’t make me spend $50 to play the old version of this game on my 3GS, because I will.

Bad

Very bad big bars going down the screen extremely laggy practically unplayable very disappointed 😡😡😡😡

Good game with a fatal flaw

At its core, this is a really good game for the reasons others have given. However, despite improvements in this version (most importantly, iOS 11 compatibility), it has a flaw that makes it unplayable in the long term: The controls.

In previous versions the “thumb stick” was at a fixed location on the screen, and small movements could be achieved by just tapping around that point. Now it is wherever you put your finger down, and doing so immediately propels the ship in one arbitrary direction (left). This creates four related problems:

1. The lack of a fixed control point makes the game feel differently in the hand. It’s hard to get a consistent feel necessary for high scores. It’s sort of like a PS4 controller that weighs slightly different each time you pick it up.

2. The loss of the ability to direct exhaust or movement by tapping makes it very difficult to move around when you’re higher up and the screen is filled with obstacles.

3. It is useful sometimes to lift your finger and use gravity to take you where you want to go. However, now there’s a momentary reorientation necessary when putting your finger down on the screen which is caused by the need to avoid moving left and by the awkwardness of an inconsistent control location.

4. The crashes caused by the aforementioned reorientation discourages me from lifting my finger when I should, which results in risky flying.

I like challenging games, but not when the challenge is caused by a broken control. As it is, the control is fine if you just want to kill a few seconds (literally), but since the control makes play at an advanced level nearly impossible such that I can’t achieve higher and higher scores, I’m losing interest in what is otherwise an excellent game.

Thank you!

Spout is back!

One thing — I get you’re trying to make it all “retro,” but I kind liked the crispness of the old version. Maybe you could add the ability to toggle between the two displays in the settings? But I’m glad you made it iOS 11-compatible!

11.0 no more

Well it’s sad to see this app die at version 11.0 😪

Update

Love this game so much but it needs a.m. update because of iOS11 because we can’t play it anymore.

Great game but needs some polishing

This is a great way to waste time but my only problem id the controls. I would love it if you could non-invert the controls for the joystick which would make it easier to play. Overall a great game👍

👌

Wonderful work! I love the exploration of the various mode possibilities. Delightful minimal juice.
